Guiding Principles
Integrity has no need of rules.
Integrity—Always do that right thing, even (and especially) when it’s difficult. Without integrity, nothing else really matters.
Honesty—We are honest with each other and with clients. We don’t try to sell current or prospective clients services they don’t need. (In addition to being dishonest, doing so is also bad for long-term business.)
Respect—Each team member brings unique skills and experiences to the table, and while we may not always agree, the thoughts and opinions of every team member deserve to be heard, valued, and respected. It’s not only the right thing to do; it’s at the foundation of our business model.
Teamwork—All of us are smarter than any of us, and we succeed, ultimately, as a team.
Accountability—We operate with an agile, flat organizational structure to minimize overhead expenses, bureaucracy, and unnecessary “bottlenecks” in operations. Each of our team members is accountable to one another, and we are—as a team—always accountable to the client.
Value—We believe that top-notch communications services should be available not just to those with enormous budgets. We work with startups, nonprofits, and others who may have limited resources to deliver maximum value for budgets of all sizes.
